In this page you will find an evolving source of information on Special Education and pedagogical practices seen from the perspectives of the educators, parents, administrators, people with disabilities and everyone who has something important to say about special education and its aspects in all levels of learning. Since this page is new and evolving some categories might still be under construction and they will be updated and enriched as soon as possible, so please check back frequently for updates on articles, news and events. This page was created to answer a need: that of offering in a simple format access to information about special education from as many sources and cultural and social backgrounds possible. Although the platforms and practices might differ from place to place the message of equal access to education is universal across the cultures and we are hoping that this page will offer to all of our visitors knowledge, ideas, and practices that will assist in bettering their practices but also changing their views about inclusion and education for all and its relevance to today’s struggles for equality and equity.
The articles and reports you will find here are by no means everything on special education but we are hoping to become a comprehensive source of information and exchange of ideas amongst the community of special education and inclusive practices. We welcome your questions, ideas, opinions, and feedback. This will help us become better and thus offer better information to all of you.
We hope you will enjoy the navigation to our page!
